Did Gov. Walker realize he was revitalizing the union movement?

By trying to shut down the unions, Walker brought the subject into the limelight. Now surveys show the majority of Americans support unions. Looks like a bright future for the union movement, and it looks like Walker will be recalled by the voters of Wisconsin. Nice going, Walker!
