How to clean a molding of a hand print?

My cat decided to pee on my molding of my recently deceased nephews hand prints. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to clean it? We want to keep it as good as possible and a lot of things that I found online can't guarantee that it won't eat away at the molding. Please help me!
