Should I move on or stick around?

So I have been seeing my brother in laws 22 year old nephew, and I'm only 17 and we have talked for 2 months now and seen each other just about every weekend, up untill the last 3 weekends. We kept our little fling secret from my parents and they found out about him and completly blocked him from my life. and he called me a week ago off my sisters phone to talk to me, and we talked about everything that happened with my parents blocking his mumber from me, and he says he misses me and to keep my chin up. And its heartbreaking to not talk to him anymore. Im still friends with him on Facebook, and just the other day I get on and see him drunk as hell making out with some girl in a pic on there that someone tagged him in. And later on that day he deactivated it...what do I do?
