This girl is really annoying me?

I'm 15 and my friend is really starting to annoy me. she always takes the limelight and her laugh is really loud and it annoys me because she laughs over everything. we were best friends for about two years but we sort of grew apart, now i try to talk to her about serious stuff thats happening to me at home but she just listens for a minute or so, gets bored and starts talking to other people, which really hurts me. another thing is that she cant seem to do anything wrong, like when we were on a school trip she borrowed my other friends top and then lost it, and she just forgave her the same thing happened when she's borrowed books from someone. I'm going to sound really b itchy but it annoys me when she does so many annoying things and everyone just forgives her and like her far more than me when i'm a really good friend and never do anything like that, obviously i am jelous of her effect on people, she's meant to be my friend what can i do?
