Last week my 22 years old male nephew suddenly unable to stand.?

He can walk and run .When he stands for 2 seconds, his leg will be weak and he must sit down immediately. On the second day, his hand started shaking and on the 5th day his whole body started to shake. Visited several doctors and neurologists.
