My nephew is allergic to animals?

He is highly allergic to animals. And he can't even go to the zoo. We have a dog and a guinea pig. And my parents want to get rid of them cause of my nephew who's 3. But I don't want to get rid of them. I've been trying to get another dog and now they Want to get rid of all our animals. I know that he's my family and family comes first before animals. But they are the best thing in my life. I love my pets. And I tell my parents that the dog can become an outside dog. And the guinea pig can just stay in my room. But no they just want to get rid of them. What do I do? Thanks
