Is it all over? please help?

Okay, well my names Carson, I met this boy named Travis in 3rd grade who bullied me which included getting beat up and a lot of name calling and just drama, this lasted all the way threw middle and high school. When I was 16 me and his sister had sex and had a baby. (Were NOT togeather now, never were) My parents kicked me out when they found out and I moved in with Travis cause I had nowhere else to go really. Travis was 18 I was 16 so he made me drop outta school! So it was me, my son, him and his brother that living togeather! I got nothing but drama and abuse from Travis all these years and basically all my life. He got really heavy into drugs but he wasn't mean to my son considering that was his nephew! I'm 21 and moved out of Travis house and in with my aunt and uncle and cousins that I haddn't seen since I was 14, They're helping me get my life back togeather and to finally get rid of Travis forever outta me and my son's life! Travis tried to take me to court to take my son away but he lost,I have custody of my son and he's happy living where he's at and that's with me in a stable home with my aunt,uncle and his/our cousins but will Travis ever actually go away? We got a protection order against him that's good for 3 years! He can't come near anyone in the house hold. So far things are going really good for me for once in my life. But will he go away for good you all think?
